We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for ONLY the following reasons:
- Duplicate purchase of digital e-book title from the Site. You must request refund within 2 days by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line referencing “duplicate purchase.” Payment will be refunded to the source of original payment. Please include the order # and your name in the request. All other digital downloads are not eligible for refund as they are instant downloads.
- “Change of Mind” on Print book that hasn’t been printed/shipped at the time of request for refund, which is typically 24-48 hours. If you wish to cancel, please email me at email@example.com with the subject line referencing “cancel print order.” Payment will be refunded to the source of original payment. Please include the order # and your name in the request.
Replacement for Damaged Print Books (during shipping)
In the event your order arrives damaged due to shipping, the printing office will replace it. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving your product, using “Damaged book” in the subject line. Include your name, order number, and an image of the damaged book in the shipping box so that the printing office can identify the cause of damage. Please keep in mind that relatively minor damage might occur in shipping that is beyond our control, and may not affect the enjoyment one receives from the book and is therefore not covered.
